We navigate through all the legal, financial, licensing, compliance, and other issues faced by someone trying to get a small business off the ground. That allows our clients to focus on their business secure in the knowledge that all the “red tape” is being handled for them. We partner with bankers, accountants, marketing, and other professionals to bring a small business owner the benefits enjoyed by large corporations with layers of administration. We make sure that the business is structured in the most advantageous way and that all regulatory and licensing requirements are met. We assist in developing employment agreements and customer contracts and we review and counsel on trade and merchant agreements to help keep our clients competitive.

We are also available to assist in the buying and selling of existing businesses or franchises. We can help find a business that is for sale or find a buyer for an existing business. We can assist in critical due diligence as well as in valuing the business you intend to buy or sell. We prepare business transfer and acquisition agreements to memorialize the terms of the sale and assist in transactions with customers, employees, and vendors.
